One of the Largest Rotational Molding Ovens in North America

In 2004 we brought a large new oven on-line with the capacity to mold a 15,000 gallon (68,000 liter) tank.

The oven has a large below grade forced air heating system for rapid heating and cooking. There is also a separate cooling chamber which is accessed by the shuttle to allow the mold and products to be cooled more quickly, which increases production throughput.

All key systems are computer controlled to ensure the highest product quality.

One of the first products to see production in this oven was a 105 barrel doubled walled tank (shown at right). A 200 barrel double walled tank has recently also gone into production.

QMP designed, engineered and fabricated the molds for both of these products.
